  • Our offices are based in Blackburn, Melbourne CBD and also Werribee South, ensuring we can proactively manage Owners Corporations across a diverse area.

  • All of our managers are Certified Practising Strata Managers (CPSM) or are working towards that accreditation. In addition we also employ two Certified Practising Accountants, who are Strata Specialists, instilling trust in the financial management of the strata corporations we serve.

We will guide and support you through our understanding and experience of the Owners Corporations Act 2006, which sets out the fundamental principles of how to successfully administer and maintain your property.
