  • Our offices are based in Blackburn, Melbourne CBD and also Werribee South, ensuring we can proactively manage Owners Corporations across a diverse area.

  • All of our managers are Certified Practising Strata Managers (CPSM) or are working towards that accreditation. In addition we also employ two Certified Practising Accountants, who are Strata Specialists, instilling trust in the financial management of the strata corporations we serve.

  • The entire team at Excel Strata Managers works together to support and manage every building we look after. We will guide and support you through our understanding and experience of the Owners Corporations Act 2006, which sets out the fundamental principles of how to successfully administer and maintain your property.

  • Our business operates with a dedicated, highly skilled team. The OC management team has a combined experience of over 40 years.
