Day to Day Maintenance
We schedule regular routine or minor maintenance as well as noting any special issues, for example, annual auditing for fire safety compliance or essential safety measures needing attention.
The Maintenance Plan (formerly known as the Sinking Fund) contained in the new Owners Corporations Act 2006 may be used to plan the availability of funds for future maintenance. This is to ensure that the long term viability of the building is maintained.
Excel are happy to use tradespersons nominated by the members of the Owners Corporation however, we are also able to provide our preferred tradespeople as required.
Action! Action! Action!
A common complaint for owners is a lack of action in getting work carried out. At Excel our policy is to initiate work immediately after approval by the members, and to provide all owners with due notice for any works that are to be done.
