General Administration

At Excel we believe in attention to detail and strive to maintain the general administration of an Owners Corporation at the very highest level at all times, whilst providing our clients with the support and advice they require.

Some of our duties include:

– Maintaining the strata roll of owners names and addresses.
– Answering all queries from members.
– Implementing the decisions of the Owners Corporation with respect to its duties and functions under the Owners Corporation Act 2006.
– Keeping all records of the Owners Corporation including minutes and postal ballots.
– Dealing with all correspondence.
– Keep and supervise the use of the common seal.
